Plenty of Space for Everyone

With around 350 m² of living space, the Bretterbude offers room for several families or larger groups.
Six bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, ensure relaxation in everyday life, even when many different needs come together.

Two of the bedrooms are in the attic and have freestanding bathtubs, a great retreat with a special character.
Extra beds, mattresses, or baby cribs are possible, allowing the rooms to be flexibly adapted to various family constellations.

A special detail: the attic is ideal for a children's mattress camp. Those are childhood memories!

As a guideline: three to five families will feel particularly comfortable here.
When fully occupied, the house is lively, but still well-organized.

Being Outdoors as Part of the Day

The outdoor area is spacious and deliberately open.
3500 m² of private garden, a private vineyard, and a 360-degree panoramic view relax your nervous system anew every day.

The heated pool (4 × 11 meters) is a central meeting point for everyone, from a morning dip until the evening hours. The sun terrace, lounging areas, and the outdoor dining area invite you to eat together outdoors and naturally shift your time outside. With a pizza oven and grill, the garden quickly becomes an extended living space.

And Indoors, People Also Come Together

The open living area connects the kitchen, dining, and living room to a common focal point. Generous sofas, a cozy window seat, a fireplace, and a projector are ideal for a shared evening by the fire or movie nights with the whole family.

The fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, SMEG appliances, a pantry, and a wine fridge is designed for communal cooking, functional, high-quality, and suitable for everyday use.

The house is complemented by:

In about 20 minutes, you can reach the Zotter Chocolate Factory, with a factory tour, tasting, and a large outdoor area.
The Therme Loipersdorf is only 10 minutes away and offers an extensive children's area.

Several bathing lakes are in the immediate vicinity.
The Riegersburg, visible from the house, is also quickly accessible and offers child-friendly guided tours, bird of prey shows, and play facilities.

For larger excursions, Vienna is about 1 hour 45 minutes away.
