In Ustronie Morskie, a small coastal village between sea air and reed grass, five beautifully designed houses are tucked away: a retreat for families looking for something different from the usual Baltic holiday home. Welcome to Przylądek Marzeń.
The story of a dream come true
Sometimes the best projects grow from the simplest idea: a beautiful piece of land right on the Baltic Sea. The owners knew exactly what they wanted – to create a place where they themselves would love to holiday. Because when the hosts personally stand behind every detail, you feel it straight away. Many advised against making such a big investment. But the team held on to their vision, and that's exactly where the magic of Przylądek Marzeń lies. Authenticity instead of compromise.
The location: beach and tranquillity in perfect balance
Just 400 metres from the beach, and yet Przylądek Marzeń sits in a remarkably quiet area. That's the Baltic secret formula: close to a natural beach, but far from the tourist hustle and bustle. The centre of Ustronie Morskie, with cafés, restaurants and small shops, is only 3–4 km away.
The houses: thoughtful beauty in every detail
All five houses were designed with a special philosophy: each one has its own private outdoor area. The interiors are elegant and practical at the same time, so you instantly feel at home – only more beautiful.
Truly everything has been thought through in these houses. From the height of the handles to the position of the sockets – you notice that when you have kids.
Why Przylądek Marzeń is made for families
The highlight: the dedicated Play House
We have to be honest here: this is exceptional. A whole house just for kids and play. Inside: areas for the littlest ones (with play mats and cosy corners), plus a fully equipped games room with PlayStation and Xbox for older kids. Outside there's a playground with a zipline – yes, a zipline! – and a fire pit for cosy evenings outdoors.
The practical extras
Babies and toddlers? Everything's there, free of charge on request: cot, high chair, baby bath, changing table.
Cycling? If you'd rather not see the Baltic coastline from the car, you can hire bikes and explore the area. The route is wonderfully flat and runs right through nature.
Which age groups?
All of them. Truly all of them. Toddlers love the Play House, school kids the activities, teenagers the peace and freedom.
The five houses: amenities & space
Przylądek Marzeń has five houses, each a private oasis with its own outdoor area. The amenities are well thought out and consistent:
Typical amenities:
-
Space: Each house has 2 bedrooms and full bathrooms
-
For families: 4–6 people per house
-
Outdoor space: Over 50 m² of terrace per house – plenty of room for family time and relaxing
-
Fully equipped kitchen – self-catering friendly, with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and all the essential appliances
-
Modern furnishings with a fireplace on the terrace
-
Heating & air conditioning – important on the Baltic, where it can be lovely outside the season too
-
Free Wi-Fi – ideal for families who occasionally want to work or stay reachable
Self-catering or all-inclusive? Przyládek Marzeń is primarily set up for self-catering – you have a full kitchen and can prepare your own meals. A breakfast service is available on request.
Wellness: sauna & hot tub on the terrace
Three of the five houses – "Oddech" (Breath), "Spokój" (Calm) and Bliskość – are the premium versions and come with a private sauna and a hot tub right on the terrace. Terraces are currently being added to the other 2 houses, so from October they'll have a sauna + hot tub too!
The sauna is especially lovely in the cooler months (October to April), when the Baltic breeze turns fresh. Jumping into the cold sea after a sauna session? Only for the brave – but definitely a highlight!
Tip: These two premium houses are popular and get booked up quickly. If the private sauna matters to you, you should reserve early.
Restaurants & supplies nearby
In the centre (3–4 km away, ~5 min by car):
- Several traditional Polish restaurants with hearty fish and seafood specialities
- Cosy cafés for coffee and cake
- Pizzerias and international cuisine
- Beach bars & beach pavilions in season
Shopping & supplies:
- Supermarket in the centre
- Fresh fish shops (this is the Baltic – the fish comes straight off the boat in the morning!)
- Bakeries with fresh bread
Our tip for families: A mix of self-catering and the occasional restaurant visit is perfect for Baltic holidays. You're independent, but you can also head out on the spur of the moment when hunger strikes. And the Polish fish restaurants are very fairly priced compared with Central or Northern Europe.
What guests love to take home
After check-out you often hear the same sentence: "It's even more beautiful than in the photos." Families write after leaving that their kids cried – because they didn't want to go. Some come back every year. Przylądek Marzeń is, as the owners themselves put it, somehow addictive.
